No. Our in-house design and planning team can develop concepts, drawings, and a buildable scope, or coordinate directly with your architect of record.
Most commercial pre-construction phases run 4–10 weeks depending on entitlements, site complexity, and how quickly we can lock in scope and budget with you.
We serve Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Fountain, and the broader Pikes Peak region. We also take on select projects across Colorado.
Yes. We hold an A1 license from the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and carry full general liability, workers' compensation, and bonding.
We have built in Colorado Springs since 1974 — over 50 years across four generations of the Green family.
Every project includes a 1-year workmanship warranty, plus we honor all manufacturer warranties on installed materials and equipment.
